1. About these Terms

These Terms apply to our mobile apps, websites, web applications and other digital services (“Services”). By downloading, installing or using a Service you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

Some Services have their own section under App-Specific Terms below. For those Services, that section also applies and takes priority where it is more specific. Our Privacy Policy (https://aztonline.com/privacy-policy/) explains how we handle personal information.

2. Your licence to use our Services

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our Services for their intended purpose, in line with these Terms and the rules of the app store you obtained them from. You must not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the Services, or use them to break the law or harm others.

3. Accounts and devices

Where a Service lets you set a PIN, password or similar, you are responsible for keeping it safe. Where a Service is used on a device, you must own the device or be authorised to manage it.

4. Purchases, subscriptions and trials

  • App store billing. Paid features in our mobile apps are sold through the app store (for example Google Play). The app store processes payment, and its terms apply to the purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the price then shown, unless you cancel before renewal in your app store account (for Google Play: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
  • One-time purchases (“lifetime”) are paid once and don’t renew.
  • Trials and free plans are described in the relevant app. We’ll never charge you for a trial unless the app clearly says so before you start it.
  • Refunds are handled under the app store’s refund policy, and in addition to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (see section 8).
  • Prices are shown in the app store in your local currency and may change. Changes don’t affect a period you’ve already paid for.

5. Updates and availability

We may update, change or discontinue features to improve the Services, keep them secure or meet legal and platform requirements. We aim to keep the Services available but can’t promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Third-party services

Our Services may rely on or link to third-party services (such as app stores, payment and purchase-management providers, and data providers). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them, and we aren’t responsible for their content or availability.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including their design, code, text and branding, belong to us or our licensors. These Terms don’t give you any ownership rights.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law, or under other consumer laws that apply to you and cannot be excluded.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, and we exclude warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms;
  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your use of third-party services; and
  • where our liability can be limited but not excluded, our liability is limited (at our option) to supplying the Service again, or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using a Service at any time by uninstalling it and, for subscriptions, cancelling in your app store account. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are seriously breached.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here with an updated date and, for significant changes, let you know in the app or on our website. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State], Australia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer rights you have where you live.

13. App-Specific Terms

EveryDay (Android app)

EveryDay is a home-screen app that lets a parent, carer or adult user choose a small set of “Everyday apps” and protect other apps with a PIN.

EveryDay Pro

  • New installs include 30 days of EveryDay Pro free, tracked in the app, with no automatic charge when it ends.
  • After the trial, the free plan includes up to 10 Everyday apps. EveryDay Pro removes that limit and is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a lifetime one-time purchase, through Google Play.
  • Purchases are managed through Google Play and RevenueCat, and restore automatically on the same Google account.

Protection has limits

  • EveryDay helps manage what can be opened on a phone, but it can’t guarantee every app, feature or method is blocked. For example, Android may keep some content visible in picture-in-picture, and protection depends on App Protection (Android Accessibility) staying enabled.
  • EveryDay is a tool to support, not replace, adult supervision. The parent, carer or adult who sets it up remains responsible for how the phone is used.

PIN and recovery code

  • Keep your 16-digit recovery code somewhere safe. It is the only way to reset a forgotten PIN inside EveryDay. If both the PIN and recovery code are lost, we can’t recover or reset them for you.

Your responsibilities

  • Only install and set up EveryDay on a device you own or are responsible for, and don’t use it to monitor or restrict someone without the authority to do so.
